Our Project Management team is responsible for supervising and coordinating all aspects of the clinical trial laboratory part with a particular focus on quality and timelines.

They are the primary contact for clients, working closely with the sponsor/CRO to ensure the accuracy and the timeliness of the data.

In addition, Project Managers coordinate the internal tasks required to support projects such as kit building, transportation, storage and specimen handling.
